ULAKPaylaş, developed by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, is now accessible to our university's academic and administrative personnel through our YETKİM (Higher Education Identity Federation) membership.
What is ULAKPaylaş? ULAKPaylaş is a file transfer platform built on the national academic network (ULAKNET) infrastructure, designed for the secure and fast sharing of large-scale files.
Key Features:
- 50 GB storage quota per user
- Up to 100 files shared simultaneously
- Login with institutional email and password — no additional registration required (YETKİM SSO)
- File encryption and customizable expiration date options
- Default retention period of 10 days (customizable)
- Support for resuming interrupted uploads
- Guest (Voucher) system — receive files from users without a YETKİM account

How to Log In: Go to https://ulakpaylas.tr → Click "Oturum Aç" (Log In) → Select your institution from the list → Log in with your university username and password.
